a) user will be given 4 different colors (red, blue, yellow and green), they need to identified which color the water is.

b) user will be given 4 different colors (yellow, green, orange and brown), based on the question ("which color is green?") they need to select the right color.

c) user will be given a picture of animal (chicken), 4 pictures of chicken with 4 different color will be the option of the answers. They need to match it

shape:

a) user will be given a picture of gear, they need to identify which shape match with it.

b) user will be given a basic shape picture of pail, they need to identify which object match with it.

c) user will be given a picture of animal head (goat), 3 types of animal bodies (chicken, cow and goat) will be the option of the answer. they need to select which body match with the head.

d) user will be given a picture of water well, parts of the picture will be taken out by different shape, user will need to fill the missing part based on the correct shape (triangle, circle, rectangle and star)

size:

a) user will be given a picture of egg, 4 different size of eggs will be the option of the answer, they need to select the right size of egg to match with it

b) user will be given a basic shape of cow, 4 different size of cows will be given as the answer. they need to select the right one answer that match with it.
